Your Safe Space to Grow
Therapy made simple.
Tailored to You.
Children & Teens
Children and teens often express themselves through play, behavior, or silence—not just words. In therapy, I create a safe, supportive space where they can explore emotions, build coping skills, and grow at their own pace. Using engaging, evidence-based methods, I help them manage stress, anxiety, and behavior challenges. I also support caregivers to strengthen family connection and emotional well-being.
Adults
Life can bring stress, transitions, and emotional challenges that feel overwhelming at times. In therapy, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for adults to explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, we work together to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Therapy is a collaborative process—and you're not alone in it.
PCIT
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is an evidence-based treatment designed for families with children ages 2.5 to 7 years old. It helps strengthen the parent-child relationship, improves positive communication, and effectively reduces tantrums, disruptive behaviors, and parenting stress.
Growth is possible and healing is supported.
I provide compassionate, personalized therapy for individuals across the lifespan—from young children to adults. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
I specialize in:
Child Therapy (Ages 3+) – Using evidenced- based and developmentally appropriate techniques, I help children express emotions, develop coping skills, and work through behavioral or developmental challenges in a safe, supportive environment.
Adolescent & Teen Therapy – Supporting preteens and teens as they navigate identity, peer relationships, anxiety, depression, and school-related stress with empathy and respect.
Adult Therapy – Providing a space for adults to explore life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues while building insight, resilience, and self-compassion.
Parent Support & Family Counseling – Strengthening parent-child relationships and improving communication and understanding within families.
No matter your age or stage of life, my goal is to create a nonjudgmental, inclusive space where healing is possible and growth is supported. I’m here to help you or your loved one move forward with clarity and confidence.
